What does F1 hospitality include?
Formula 1 hospitality packages add comfort, catering and better viewing to a race ticket. Typical inclusions are a covered hospitality suite or terrace, food and drink through the day, a reserved seat or viewing area, and dedicated facilities away from the general grandstands. Some packages add pit-lane walks, driver appearances or track tours.
The market has several levels. Formula 1's own Paddock Club sits at the top; circuit-run hospitality and independent suites sit below it at a range of prices. Your LuxPass quote states exactly which product you are buying, and we never describe a package as Paddock Club unless it is.
Grandstand tickets, hospitality or VIP?
The terms are used loosely across the industry, so it helps to know what each normally means.
- Grandstand tickets
- A reserved seat in a named grandstand, with public catering and facilities.
- Hospitality
- A seat or viewing area plus a dedicated suite with food and drink, and usually better facilities.
- VIP and premium packages
- The upper end of hospitality: prime views of the start-finish straight or pit lane, premium dining and extra experiences.
Choosing a Grand Prix
Each race has its own character. Singapore and Las Vegas are night races on street circuits, with the city as the backdrop. Abu Dhabi closes the season at Yas Marina, with the race finishing under lights. Qatar's Lusail International Circuit also races at night, while Mexico City and São Paulo are known for some of the loudest crowds on the calendar.
Consider the time of year, the travel time from the UK and whether you want a full three-day weekend or race day only. Many hospitality packages cover Friday practice, Saturday qualifying and Sunday's race, and some circuits sell single days.
Travel and accommodation
Unless your quote says otherwise, F1 hospitality packages cover race access and hospitality only, not flights or hotels. Hotels near popular circuits sell out early on race weekends, so we recommend booking accommodation as soon as your package is confirmed.
How booking with LuxPass works
LuxPass is enquiry-led rather than a self-service checkout, because hospitality inventory changes quickly and the right package depends on your group. The process is short and everything is agreed in writing before you pay.
- 1. Choose an event
- Pick a listed fixture or tell us the event, date and venue you have in mind.
- 2. Send an enquiry
- Share your group size, budget per person, seating preferences and any access or dietary needs.
- 3. Receive a written quote
- We confirm current availability, the exact package, what is included and the final price, including any fees.
- 4. Confirm and attend
- Once you approve the quote we arrange the booking and send the details you need for the day.
Questions
F1 Hospitality FAQs
How much does F1 hospitality cost?
F1 hospitality prices depend on the circuit, the hospitality area and whether you book one day or the full weekend. Listings on this page currently start from £550 per person (indicative, subject to availability). Your quote confirms the final price.
What does F1 hospitality include?
Typically a hospitality suite or terrace, food and drink through the day, a reserved seat or viewing area and dedicated facilities. Some packages add pit-lane walks or track tours. Your quote lists the exact inclusions.
What is the F1 Paddock Club?
The Paddock Club is Formula 1's own top-tier hospitality, usually located above the team garages on the pit straight, with premium dining, drinks and extras such as pit-lane walks. It is sold separately from circuit hospitality, and LuxPass only describes a package as Paddock Club when it is.
How much is F1 Paddock Club?
Paddock Club is the most expensive F1 hospitality, typically costing thousands of pounds per person for a race weekend, and the price varies by circuit. Ask LuxPass for a current quote for the race you want.
What should I wear to F1 hospitality?
Smart casual is standard in most F1 hospitality, including the Paddock Club. Wear comfortable shoes, as race days involve a lot of walking, and check the climate: a hot, humid Singapore night is very different from a cold November night in Las Vegas.
Can I book F1 hospitality for one day?
Some circuits sell single-day hospitality, usually for race day. Tell us which days you want and we will confirm the options.
Are flights and hotels included?
Not unless the quote states it. Packages normally cover race access and hospitality only.
