CLIENT INPUT REQUIRED: legal seller identity, whether LuxPass is an agent or principal, and the ticket-sourcing and delivery process.
Quotes, prices and availability
CLIENT INPUT REQUIRED: confirm quote validity, VAT and fees, indicative versus confirmed pricing, and when a booking becomes binding.
Payment and booking
CLIENT INPUT REQUIRED: confirm payment methods, deposits, invoicing, deadlines and any corporate-account terms.
Cancellation, changes and refunds
CLIENT INPUT REQUIRED: provide the approved cancellation, event-change, postponement, refund and guarantee wording.
Complaints and contact
CLIENT INPUT REQUIRED: provide the approved complaints process and legal contact details.
